We know the finger

We will work with you to develop strategies on our system boards (TB2 & Kilterboard) to analyze technique, strength, and mobility in the context of your climbing performance, ensuring targeted, sport-specific rehabilitation and training.

The Pulley Protection Splint

A custom pulley protection splint (PPS) protects and offloads the flexor-pulley complex. This allows for optimal healing of a pulley injury. The PPS allows the opportunity to return to climbing sooner while optimizing the recovery process.
