We understand that recovering from surgery can impact your mental health and social life. We’ll work with you to incorporate alternative training methods, like hangboarding during ankle surgery rehab, to keep you engaged and ensure you return to your sport as strong and prepared as possible.
Blood Flow Restriction Training
We incorporate Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) training during post-surgical rehab to safely build strength with low loads. BFR helps maintain muscle mass and accelerate recovery, especially when high-intensity training isn’t yet possible.
Manual Therapy
We use targeted interventions such as retrograde massage for swelling, passive range of motion, soft tissue techniques, joint mobilizations, and dry needling carefully selected to support healing and restore function based on your specific needs.
