Pulley Protection Splint

A custom pulley protection splint (PPS) will be provided to protect/offload the flexor-pulley complex and allow for optimal healing of a pulley injury. The PPS allows the opportunity to return to climbing sooner while optimizing the recovery process.

Assessment using Ultrasound Imaging

We use are in-house ultrasound device to help clinically diagnose & assess the soft tissue structures of the flexor-pulley complex & finger to ensure a thorough evaluation and treatment.

On-The-Wall Climbing Assessment

Personalized climbing warm-up, an on-the-wall climbing assessment, & strategic drills to complement your climbing. Work with our climbing specialist, 1-on-1 on our system boards (TB2 & Kilterboard)

Customized Rehab + Training Protocols

As part of your rehab, we'll work with you to create a customized training plan to help you with getting on the wall, strengthening, & preventing future injuries.

Looking for an Urgent Evaluation?

If you need immediate screening/treatment, we offer urgent evaluations offered outside of our normal operating hours. Things that may require more immediate attention include:

Climb and feel or hear a sudden “pop” in your finger
Fall or twist your knee that has resulted in significant swelling and/or feelings of “giving way”/instability in the knee
Loosing sleep - whether that be due to pain or worry/stress about your injury
