Physical Therapy and Ultrasound Assessment

" What a great operation! I was initially screened by Christine and had a follow-up consult with Kevin. Both of my visits exceeded expectations.

Communication was great, the environment was welcoming, time was spent effectively and overall I can't think of anywhere better to get some PT! " - Joe

No, you do not need a referral in order to visit The Climb Clinic. Colorado is a “direct access” state. You do not need a physician referral to see a licensed physical therapist. The only exception would be if your insurance requires one for out-of-network reimbursement. The physical therapist will refer you to a physician if they feel it is necessary after the initial evaluation.
  • How do I submit for reimbursement?
To submit for reimbursement, contact your insurance company to ask about your out-of-network benefits and learn of any requirements you need before visiting The Climb Clinic.
